My adobe account

Hello, my name is Noa van Dijk and I am a student at NTNU. I asked them for a lisence for this adobe account, and I think thought that I got it. I needed the programs before I got it and that is why I created a account with this mail, and it said that it would be for free for one week. And after one week I got the lisense. So then I thought that I didn't need to pay. But now I have received several warnings about a transaction. If I pay this one, does it mean that I will have to pay each month, or do I have a lisense and do I not need to pay?
