My credit card was billed for a plan I didn't use

Hello! My credit card was billed for a plan I didn't use. 

 

I purchased an Adobe Illustrator with a 7-day trial period. When I was going to cancel the plan, there's nowhere to be found. I've checked my email, icloud, and adobe account but there's no indication that I purchased something yet I was still charged for it. I can't even contact Adobe and I've also checked the FAQs but still, can't get an answer or a solution. 

 

Please help

See above. We're users like you and can't do anything for you with respect to your account or billing. You have to talk to customer support.

Hi @Laine96,

Unless a plan is cancelled it automatically is swithced to a paid subscription after 7 days and you have untill 14 days to cancel and get a full refund.

So what you need to do is cancel your plan as soon as possible so that you don't breach the 14 day period. If you don't find an option to do that yourself contact support at the earliest.
