@Admirable_elegance38f0 I am sorry you are encountering so many problems using our managing our services. I understand how frustrating this situation can be.

You do have an active Stock subscription under this account. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/web/kb/cancel-membership-subscription-stock.html if you want to cancel that subscription.

To cancel, access, or manage your Creative Cloud subscription, @Admirable_elegance38f0 you will need to be logged in under the account with the active plan.

Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/sign-in-and-security/security-and-recovery/cant-sign-in-to-adobe-account.html if you need help recovering access to the account with your CC subscription, @Admirable_elegance38f0.

    Thank you for posting, @Admirable_elegance38f0.

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially if you've already canceled your Firefly subscription and are expecting Firefly to use credits from another active subscription instead.

I've reviewed the account associated with your Community profile and do not see an active Creative Cloud subscription. I only see an Adobe Stock subscription.

If you have an active Creative Cloud plan, it may be associated with a different account. In that case, you'll need to sign out and sign back in using the account that has the Creative Cloud subscription to access those generative credits.

If you're not sure which account has the active Creative Cloud plan, please review the guidance here:

    https://community.adobe.com/announcements-5/need-help-identifying-an-adobe-charge-1634638

Can you confirm whether you have another account with an active Creative Cloud plan? Please do not post any email addresses or other account details publicly.

Thanks, and let us know if you have any additional questions, @Admirable_elegance38f0.

“The account you’re looking at is not my Creative Cloud account. Adobe automatically created a community profile under a different email. My active Creative Cloud subscription is under my primary Adobe ID, which shows 500 generative credits. Please review the correct account.”

I appreciate the update @Admirable_elegance38f0, but if you are trying to access the services for a different account, then please log in under that account.

The account you used to create this public discussion thread does not currently have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription applied to it, which is why the credits are unavailable to you.
