Need Help Identifying My Adobe Account for Subscription Charges
Hi everyone,
I’ve been getting charged for an Adobe subscription, but I can’t remember which email address I used to sign up. Because of this, I can’t log in to manage or cancel the plan.
I’ve already checked my Gmail accounts for Adobe invoices/receipts but haven’t found anything yet. I also tried the forgot password option with the addresses I usually use, but it didn’t match an Adobe ID.
Has anyone here experienced this before? Is there a way to recover the Adobe account linked to a subscription without knowing the email? Should I go directly through Adobe Support, and if so, what’s the best way to reach them without being logged in?
Any guidance would be really appreciated!
