No reminder on renewal?

Hello,

I was unaware that my Adobe account would renew today, I thought there would be a reminder.
I’ve tried to call customer support but the automated assistant keeps hanging up after a while.
Then I tried to speak to the customer chat but no advisors were avilable.

 

Is there anyone I can speak to or contact to help me with my issue?

    Hi there! I understand how confusing this can be, especially when you’re waiting for renewal details. As our expert shared, the renewal email is usually sent about 30 days before the renewal date. Please check your spam or trash folder as well, just in case it landed there.

    adobe sends an email reminder 30 days before renewal.  check your spam folder.

    I check and clean my spam fairly regularly. Unfortunately I did not see anything marked Adobe.
    Most Adobe emails come through okay such as customer care. 
    Do you know if there’s anyone I can contact? I assume this is a fairly frequent question asked here.
