paid for an expired subscripton and still get message saying my subscription has expired

i have updated my subscriptions but still get a message it is expired and wont let me save a file

    Hi @Grant5FAE,

    An expired subscription is dead.  You cannot resurrect it from the dead. 

     

    Start a NEW subscription at the new prices.
