Hello, I can't pay using my visa and I don't know why. Every time I try to pay my subscription, I get a message "There’s an issue with your payment details" or "There's a billing issue on your account " . I can't pay. What should I do?

This is a public forum, not Adobe support.
Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

probably no subscription because they can't get payment accepted.
