Payment Confirmed as “PAID,” But My Adobe Account Still Shows “Billing Issue”

Hi Adobe Support, I urgently need help with my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription and billing.

I originally signed up for the 7-day free trial of Acrobat Pro for a small project. I only used it for approximately 2 hours and never intended to continue with a paid subscription. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the trial before it ended.

My payment was initially unsuccessful on August 30 because there were insufficient funds in my linked GCash account. Adobe later retried the payment.

Today, September 5, 2026, Adobe successfully charged my online payment account ₱2,115.68.

I have now received an official Adobe Receipt confirming:

• Invoice date: August 31, 2026
• Paid: September 5, 2026 at 7:06 AM GMT+8
• Payment method: GCash
• Total: ₱2,115.68
• Order number: AD04970900292CPH

However, my Adobe account is STILL showing “Billing issue.”

This is concerning because I have already been charged and Adobe has issued a receipt confirming that the payment was received, yet my account still does not appear to reflect the payment properly.

I did not intend to continue with the paid subscription after my free trial. I only used the service for approximately 2 hours for a small project and have no intention of continuing the subscription.

I would therefore like to immediately cancel the subscription and request a full refund of the ₱2,115.68 that was charged.

Could someone please urgently:

1. Confirm that the ₱2,115.68 payment has been correctly applied to my account;
2. Explain why my account still shows “Billing issue” despite the payment being marked “Paid” on my Adobe receipt;
3. Cancel the subscription; and
4. Process a full refund of the ₱2,115.68, given that this was an unintended conversion from a 7-day free trial and I have barely used the service.

I have attached screenshots of my Adobe account showing the billing issue, the invoice, and the official Adobe receipt confirming payment.

I would appreciate urgent assistance, as I do not want the subscription to continue or any additional charges to be made.
