Payment Deducted but Subscription Not Updated
Dear Adobe Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I’m writing to report an issue with my Adobe subscription. A payment was deducted from my account, but my subscription has not been updated or activated yet. And also i want to change the plan to yearly student offer for 3999/year.
Here are the details:

Date of transaction: 15 May 2026

Amount charged: Rupees 1516.30

Payment method: Credit Card
Please check this issue and update my subscription or refund the amount as soon as possible.
