Payment error after sub cancel

So I I decided to cancel my subscribtion and needed to pay a bit of money because it was a sub for a year. I got an email that said that the fee for the cancel couldn't get paid, but I can't change anything about my payment methods and my Paypal and online bill doesn't show any error, even tho Paypal didn't send any money. I already contacted the support, but the person was kinda confused about it so I here if anyone knows sth ahout that and what I should do.
