Payment Failure

My account has been suspended because I wasn't able to pay

Now I changed my method payement following the tutorial and I wanted to know how long it takes for Adobe to make the changes because I keep having the same message why ?

Thanks for posting about the problems managing your subscription commitments to this public discussion forum, Steven. Did you complete the payment on the 15th, Steve? I am showing a payment was placed and then canceled on the same day.

 

Make sure you are logged in under your personal account by using the Account Chooser, as discussed at https://adobe.ly/47CJK1l, and then try updating your payment method again, Steven. For your reference, please see https://adobe.ly/3UvIzcr for steps on how to add a payment method and resume access to the subscription. ^JW
