Plan not working even though I already paid for it

Question

Hey, I've been using the Photography plan (£9.98/month) for over a year now. Today, I tried opening photoshop but it says to get a Free Trial or buy it when I already paid for the month of September. I have also checked my account and the plan completely disappeared while I am still paying for it. Please help.
