Please allow the option to have invoices emailed

Please add the option to have your invoices emailed to you for those of us who need receipts. It’s absurd to log in every month to retrieve it and to ask my colleague to do it too. (No, we can’t have an enterprise account because for whatever reason it doesn’t work with our nonprofit discount). 

Literally every other service I use sends me a monthly invoice.

    I too find it odd that Adobe will not email invoices since every other service I subscribe to does exactly that. I’ve just accepted that it is not available and likely never will be from Adobe.

     

    FYI, this request has been submitted to Adobe every year for the past 20 years that I’m aware of. Nothing has ever come of it. Adobe always requires you to login and download your invoices.

     

    I’ve always found it curious that emailed invoices would be such a simple courtesy for Adobe to provide to their customers and they’ve always chosen not to.

    There’s nothing fellow product users can do.

    Adobe’s policies are made internally. Nobody here has influence over policy decisions.

     

    It’s absurd to log in every month to retrieve it

    Autogenerated emails can get lost or blocked by spam filters.

    Invoices are available online 24/7. 

    How is logging in to your online account any different from logging in to your email system? 🤔

    Most people are already logged in to their email 24/7 and checking it frequently.

    Separately logging in to an Adobe account monthly just to download an invoice is just one more unnecessary step for most people. It’s a first world problem but still an unnecessary one.

    yes, and email is where all my other receipts are and I can have them auto-forwarded to our expense reporting program.
