Please help, keeps asking me to renew but i have done it 5x

I am losing my mind. I have now hit "renew" and tried both "restoring purchase" and free trial and it keeps saying succesful and yet not letting me access anything and prompting me to renew. I have closed and reopened numerous times. Thank you in advance.
