Problema com o pagamento

Estou tentando concluir o pagamento do Adobe Creative Cloud Todos os Apps porém sempre aparece: "Uma transação pode falhar por vários motivos. Verifique novamente e certifique-se de que suas informações de pagamento foram inseridas corretamente. Se o problema persistir, pode ser necessário usar uma forma de pagamento diferente ou entrar em contato com seu banco" e  literalmente ja verifiquei a informação varias vezes, tentei 2 cartões diferentes e paypal e também tentei trocar até o navegador
alguém que teve esse problema sabe como solucionar

on monday contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, <Removed by Moderator>
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
