PROBLEMA CON EL CODIGO POSTAL

Buenas tardes, soy de Lima, Perú. He tratado de comprar un paquete de programas pero no me deja, ya intente cambiando el codigo postal y tambien cambiando de tarjeta, pero sigue sin dejarme comprar.
