I recently requested a refund for the subscription but till now I haven’t heard from anyone, can someome please help.

    • If you cancelled within the 14-day cancellation period, your refund is automatic and sent in 12-14 days. Check your email spam folder for the confirmation email.
    • Cancellations received after 14-days receive no refunds.
