Refund of funds

Hello,

I made a transaction on October 24 to activate Adobe 7-day free trial, but the transaction failed and I was debited 52,563.21Naira.

Till now, the money has not been refunded to my account.

My bank is calling it Blocked funds for Merchant Cancellation. Please help look into this urgently.

Here ara the details I have:

  • Transactions date: 24/10/2025
  • Amount: 52563.21
  • Purpose: Adobe 7-day free trial
  • Status: Failed/No access granted

Kindly confirm when the refund will be processed, as this has caused me significant inconvenience.

@sadeeq_8749 A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel. Now, if you are a past user have used a trial versions and then cancel it, the company may not cancel it and charge you for the app. Because this post is from Acrobat Reader Mobile, this would mean you may have made the purchase on your mobile device may it be Google Play Store or Apple App store, you need to contact thm directly. Adobe does not hav access to your accounts and billings.
