Hello Adobe Support,

I would like to request a refund for a recent charge on my account.

I was charged ₱377.44 on April 29, 2026 for an Adobe Lightroom subscription. I was under the impression that I had already cancelled my free trial before it ended, and I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription.

I kindly request a full refund for this charge, as it was unintentional. I have not used the service after the trial period.

Here are my transaction details for reference:

  • Merchant: Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited

  • Transaction Number: BL3434608132

  • Reference Number: 836039700

I would also like to ensure that my subscription is fully cancelled to avoid any future charges.

    Adobe offers a full refund if a subscription is canceled within the first 14 days of purchase. I can confirm that your refund was initiated today after you canceled your plan. Please note that it typically takes 12–14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

    Had you cancelled previously, you should have received an email confirmation.

    Check your spam folder.

    You may only get a refund if you cancel and are charged during the first 14 days of starting a trial
    After 14 days the trial becomes a subscription and there is no refund
