I cancelled my subscription on tyhe 25th November well before the 14 days but I have been charged and i would like my refund please.

Hi there, I have the same issue, I am trying to find online support but I haven't found any of it.

Could you please advise how did you reach out an agent please?

did you also cancel your acrobat subscription?  ie, check your account, https://account.adobe.com

what's it show?

eg, any subscriptions?

I cancelled the full subscription. I have chatted with an agent and I have
been told a refis being processed and I should get it within 5 to 7 days.
