Remove VAT number

I'm trying to remove my VAT number from my photography plan but when I delete the number and save the change, the number is still there the next time I look for it. 

I have tried with the suggestions here:

but the workaround suggested does not work. It seems that Adobe's website has changed since that solution was written. Some respondents have been in contact with Adobe support but I can't find a way to contact them. 

So how do I remove my VAT number?

The solution:

When you are logged in, click on the question mark at the top right and select "Contact Us". Adobe Virtual Assistant opens.
In the message field, write "agent", without quotation marks.
Answer a few questions and you will get in touch with a real person who will help you.

As stated in other threads with the same question
-you MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the support link to work
