Replacement code: Adobe Case ADB-42682384-F0D9

I have been waiting for three weeks but still not recived resolution. Adobe Case ADB-42682384-F0D9. I redeemed a code to extend my exact same plan. But the system created a new parallel plan. Contected Customer support. They canceled the new plan and said a replacement code will be issued in 24-72 hours. I have been following up for three weeks now. I have still not recived a replacement code. Why is it not being resolved?

I have used the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/4rSCLZI . I don't know what additional information they need. They need to tell me if they require something. I understand that this is public post, not support. But I am not reaching anywhere with support. Contacted them repeatedly. Each time got the canned reply that is active on a priority.  At least they should restore the original Nov 2027 date from the redeemed code, so it is not a total loss for me. Just canceling the code and then not providing a replacement even after three weeks is very unprofessional. And complete siience on top of that. It is not Neweggs's fault, so not good to do a credit card dispute.


I finally received the replacement code. Thanks for listening to me and trying to provide helpful comments.

I have never heard of a replacement code being issued, Kyrpt, so if you are being issued one, that could be the cause of the delay.

 

In the future, please verify the return policy for any codes you purchase, in case they are invalid or incorrect. The reseller has a process in place to correct the problem with Adobe for any problematic code. We haven't received any money yet from the code you currently purchased, which is why it is rare for a replacement to be issued. ^JW
