Request for Proof of Adobe Stock Licence – Asset ID 83348364

Hello Adobe Stock Support,

I am contacting you to request confirmation and proof of the licence for Adobe Stock asset 83348364.

According to my Adobe account records, I licensed this image through Adobe Stock on 9 June 2016 at 12:26 AM.

I have recently received a copyright infringement claim from COPYTRACK concerning the use of this image. As the image was licensed through Adobe Stock, I need to provide evidence demonstrating that I had a valid licence for its use.

Could you please provide written confirmation of the following:

• That Adobe Stock asset 83348364 was licensed through my Adobe account.

• The date the asset was licensed (9 June 2016).

• The type of licence granted and the applicable licence terms.

• Confirmation that the licence permitted commercial use of the image, if applicable.

• Any licence certificate, transaction record, invoice or other documentation that I can provide to COPYTRACK as evidence of the licence.

If possible, I would appreciate the confirmation being provided on Adobe correspondence or in another form that clearly identifies the asset, licence date and licence holder.

Please let me know if you require my Adobe account details, original transaction information or any other information to locate the historical licence.
