Robo de cuenta

Hola, les pido ayuda. Les escribo desde España, alguien ha cambiado mi mail y número de recuperación y no he sido yo.

Se ha cambiado mi cuenta de

Este cambio me impide cualquier acción en mi cuenta. No puedo llegarme ni acceder por otros medios.

Did you share your personal Adobe log-in ID and password with a friend or family member?

If yes, you violated the user TERMS which can result in termination of your account. 

 

You would need to create new account with 2-factor authentication and keep sensitive user details in a secure place where no one except you has access.

The only way you can get the help you need is from Adobe Customer Care. They are the only ones who can access your account.

It's impossible to log in to my deleted account by a malware.
