Says "Included in your plan", but keeps prompting me to buy/start a trial/upgrade

Hello,
So here’s my situation that I'm hoping to get some help with:
I recently received an email saying my student plan was set to expire, so I went ahead and ordered a new Creative Cloud 12-month plan and preemptively redeemed the activation code a day or two after ordering, as I assumed that it would just automatically take effect after my student plan expired, extending my license for the additional 12 months I purchased.
At first it did seem like that was the case and everything was running like normal, but now I can't seem to access any of the apps that are supposed to be included in the new plan I just activated.
I updated both the apps and my computer, as well as updated my card on file, in case it was expiring soon and that was the cause of the issue, and then i even tried removing entries in the host files as is suggested in the help articles, but nothing worked.
So then I resorted to trying to uninstall and reinstall the apps again, but now — it won't even let me install the apps; and it goes without saying, that none of this has helped when it comes trying to access the mobile apps either.
I thought perhaps my issues could be related to the changes in the plan names and prices that recently took effect, as both my old plan expiring and my new plan activating also happened during the same time period, and maybe not all the different changes to my account were processed correctly or fully in the system or something.
Anyway, I don't know, and would appreciate any troubleshooting help that you can give, or a point of contact for a real person I can talk to, as I haven't been able to find a phone number or how to online chat with an actual human being about this.
I've attached some screenshots of what I encounter and what it shows on my account page about my plan. It's been very frustrating having spent a lot of money for 12-months of access but being unable to use all the apps I paid for, and for the full amount of time I paid for.
Thank you.
