You may not share YOUR account with anyone

You may buy as many licenses as you need with a Team account

Presumably you have a standard Individual account, which is for a single user. So as noted, you'd need either multiple Individual accounts or a Teams account in order to support multiple users. Here are the key distinctions between the two types of Adobe CC accounts:
