Unable to use the 1 license from the end user, user account not get reflected the license assignment.but in admin console shows like license assigned.i have purchased 4 license but one my user only can’t use the license. i have tried to remove the license and reassigned, and also removed the user and resigned but still my user console shows like free membership. adobe creative pro cloud.

Hi Team,I would like to modify the number of licenses under our Creative Cloud Pro Plus team plan from 5 to 3, as we are currently within the renewal window. However, I am unable to make this change through the online admin console — the system does not allow me to reduce the number of seats.Could you please assist with adjusting our subscription to 3 licenses before the upcoming renewal on 18 November 2025? Thank you!Kind regards,Balazs Varadi 

i had three different subscriptions for 3 different products. I did not believe i needed all of these.  I contacted support online and requested to speak to someone.  in less than 2 minutes the phone rang. The gentle man (I believe the name was Bopena) listened,  knew what to do and solved the problem and we were done. I kept one product, he cancelled the other 2 and without prompting, offered a 2 month refund on the 2 cancelled products.   Simple easy and courteous . THANKS Adobe support! 

I’m reaching out because our company has lost access to our Adobe Admin Console, and currently we do not know who within the organization has administrator access to it.We would like assistance in either resetting the administrator access or identifying which accounts currently have admin permissions for our corporate Adobe Admin Console.Could you please guide us on the process to recover access or connect us with the appropriate team who can help resolve this issue?Thank you in advance for your support.

I am the only administrator for our Adobe Admin console, Education version.It is synced with Azure.I have been managing the admin console for over 4 years. This week I cannot get access to it - it says “contact your admin, it doesn’t seem you have access”.  There is no other admin to contact.I have tried accessing it via incognito mode - no joy.The admin instance itself is running as I can see apps available to my personal version of the account. However, my admin version of the account is locked out - I can’t get in.Where do I go for help to regain access please?

I have two users who have sent me these screenshots. One who has an Acrobat Standard DC license says “Start your free trial of Aobe Acrobat”. The other has Creative Cloud Pro Plus for Teams that says “Time is up! Most Acrobat tools have been disabled, but you can continue to view and comment on PDF files.”  I’ve tried to remove their license and re-apply it. I’ve had them sign out and sign back into their accounts. They have tried signing in from the software, on the website (cleared browser cookies), and from different devices that they’ve never used these accounts on before.  This is critical to our organization’s productivity so having to post this on a forum is rather insulting. I see no other method to contact support other than a chat bot that’s useless. Please let me know where in our dashboard I’m missing the option to contact Adobe for help with this.   

I subscribed to the university Adobe Creative Cloud plan. Then, I received a confirmation email stating that my access started on 27 February and should be valid for one year. I was able to use the Adobe apps normally two weeks ago. However, since last Thursday all Adobe applications have been locked, and the Creative Cloud app shows a message saying that I do not have access and should contact my administrator. (Access ended: you no longer have access to this app...) I went to the uni service desk, they told me to contact Adobe.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

I was recently signed up with a licence for Adobe Pro, when setting the account up, I mistakenly selected merge personal profile and business profile.  This resulted in all my documents being downloaded into the profile.  I need to keep these separate so that they don’t show in the new pro account as I need to work with other staff members when signed into this account and I don’t want them to see my HR documents when we are using the e-signature option. To keep account security, my manager has deactivated my licence.  When she reallocated it me and I reactivated, it didn’t give me the merge documents option and when logging on, my HR documents were still showing. How can I resolve this? 

I also just got a call from the (408) 606-3892 phone number you referenced. She sounded slightly robotic and AI, and I was very weirded out. I had just gotten off the phone with Adobe Business customer service not 20mins prior, and this local number calls inquiring if I was able to get my question resolved.It was unsettling as the speaker referenced some specifics on my phone call with Adobe, though there were small things not adding up. This is why I feel it is likely an AI scammer.

I’m not just talking about optional URLs but also essential URLs which affect the look & feel of your products - means they affect the real usability and product experience :( Moreover there are general inconsistencies. I have seen a similar quesiton asked, which is the same issue as me but I cannot find the Sync > Manually delete users. So I am asking again. I run a school and on accident every microsoft intune group got synced to my adobe admin console. I only need 2 of the groups so I am asking how do I remove the other 778 groups! I have tried via the bulk user update but it won’t  let me remove the groups. I have tried pausing the IdP sync and removing groups after but still no success. the squares next to the groups are all greyd out. Any ideas would be great thank you!

Creative Cloud does not give any options to install 64-bit programs on my computer (even though I run a 64-bit system). Acrobat (not Reader) in particular I’d like to have as a 64-bit, but there’s no option to change it to that.How do I go about changing this? Are all apps available in both 32- and 64-bit architecture or not?

I have a Creative Cloud Pro plan and a separate Acrobat AI assistant plan running. Strangely I cannot see any AI assistant option in the desktop application for Acrobat, and it is only working in its Web version. How can I fix this?

Hello, so Abode sent me a mail that said my gratuation is coming. But i am still a university student. And in Creative Cloud, it said my next payment will be changing to normal (non student) plan. So ı bought a new student plan but it created a new account in the same email. How can i fix this? Because i still have two acconts in the same email and one of them is still gonna take normal plans money. 

Dear Adobe community,I have a problem with a Windows server setup in which users have to re-login to Adobe Acrobat Pro because of profile synchronization issues. The setup is the following: We have a Windows server environment (Windows Server 2022) with two servers behind a load balancer where user profiles are synchronized using FSLogix. On the servers, we run Adobe Acrobat Pro and every of the 19 users has its own personal named license which allows simultaneous logins on two devices.The setup should be as follows: Users should remain logged into Adobe Acrobat Pro on both servers, so switching between them via the load balancer doesn't require re-authentication. This unfortunately does not work. When a user works on Server A, they stay logged in across multiple sessions. However, when the load balancer routes them to Server B, Adobe prompts them to log in again. This happens on every server switch. My Adobe account appears to use the correct name, but the Welcome message in all the apps uses the wrong name. If it helps, I have a student account.

I applied (for my organization) for the non-profit licenses ($15/yr) and was approved by the vetting org Goodstack. But I have not been designated the "Admin" so I cannot login to the Admin portal to adminster the licenses. ?

Everyday mutliple times a day i am accused by Adobe for sharing my account, which I do not do, Anyone else getting bombarded with pop-up messages telling me:"Your Adobe account can be signed into two computers— but only used by you. If you're sharing with team members, ask your admin to purchase additional licenses. If you're sharing with family or friends, encourage them to buy their own plan." NO ONE ELSE IS USING MY ACCOUNT BUT ME! Everytime, there is a learn more, and i always hit the not helpful button with this message:"STOP WITH THE POPUPS IM NOT SHARING MY ACCOUNT. I SWITCH BETWEEN MULTIPLE COMPUTERS FROM HOME AND OFFICE. LEAVE ME ALONE. I OVERPAY ALREADY. EVERY TIME IT POPS UP I WILL REPORT IT. STOP IT." Anyone else getting spammed from Adobe asking for more money like this??? I mean I'm already a share holder(not by much but still) this is so annoying of Adobe to constantly accuse me of sharing.

Error: a person has 2 users in AD and was integrated into adobesign, it was on the list of pending users, 1 of the accesses was active, but with the wrong email and the other access was integrated and remained inactive.

I want to reinstall my entire adobe creative cloud because i get an constant error message that cclibrary is damaged and it is so annoying and i found that i should reinstall the whole cloud  and to reinstal the cloud you have to delete every app, but i can uninstal every app, expect Acrobat, i can only click try again but have clicked that button 100 times right now. How do i fix this?
