South African Postal Code Error

Hi there

 

I am unable to purhcase my CC license as its saying my postal code is invalid. My postal code is 8001, but it wont accept that. Is there a specific format I should be using that Im not aware of?

Hi, I had the same issue, 0000 worked for me, This looks likes it's been a problem for years. Adobe should really look into this issue

di you checked that also South Africa as Country is selected? Is there maybe another Notation for those Postcodes? Hope that helps.

yes, I have South Africa selected, and using the standard format of the postal code as I would use it anywhere else. 

 

Can't find any information on why it wont accept it
