Still not get my refund

Question

I started my free trial with Photoshop, forgot to cancel it and I had to pay 22.99$ on 04/29/2025.

Then I cancelled it on 04/30/2025, which is with 14 days.

I would have received my refund. In fact, I received billing for my refund (My order number is AD03377302933CVN).

However, today is 3 weeks from the day I cancelled, and I haven't seen my money back on my credit card.
