Adobe keep stealing money from my account. I cancelled all my subscriptions and blocked payments through my bank yet you continue to steal money from me. I am getting to a point where I physically cannot afford this so I am begging you to please stop! This has been going on for far to long!

    Thank you for posting, @chloep46808981.

I'm sorry for the confusion and concern this situation has caused. I can understand how frustrating it is to see charges that you do not recognize or believe should no longer be occurring.

I reviewed the account associated with this community profile and do not see any active Adobe subscriptions or recent transactions under this account. This suggests the charge may be associated with a different Adobe account.

To help identify the source of the charge, please review the information in the following announcement:

Need Help Identifying an Adobe Charge?

That post outlines the most common reasons for unexpected Adobe charges and the steps you can take to locate the account associated with the transaction.

Once you've identified the account tied to the charge, you'll be able to review any active plans associated with it and take the appropriate next steps.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, @chloep46808981.

The £19.97 is what had been being taken from my account every month. If I genuinely have this plan why are you offering me a free trial and telling me to sign up? I did have this plan and cancelled it yet you still think that you have the right to force me to pay for a service you are not providing!

Thanks for your question, @chloep46808981. This is because there is no paid plan under the account you are using to post to this public discussion forum.

    Please see

for information on how to locate the account with your paid subscription. You do need to be logged in with the correct account, @chloep46808981, to access the services associated with it.

Check if you still have any subscription active https://account.adobe.com/plans. If not then do contact Adobe Support for all the supposedly wrong debit to you, they will sort this out and issue a refund for any wrong charge.
