Subscription finnished before the end
Hello,
i've seen on the forum that you answered to someone having a similar problem.
So i paid a subscription via my university's shop for one year of student adobe, in november i think.
And yet now i cannot access any of my softwares. My subscription is apparently finished.
Please help me i've so many works to do this week and the ai bot doesn't understand nothing, and i can't call the help desk, as it's only for subscribers...
