Subscription finnished before the end

Hello,

i've seen on the forum that you answered to someone having a similar problem.

So i paid a subscription via my university's shop for one year of student adobe, in november i think.

And yet now i cannot access any of my softwares. My subscription is apparently finished.

Please help me i've so many works to do this week and the ai bot doesn't understand nothing, and i can't call the help desk, as it's only for subscribers...

if your school administers your plan, you'll need to contact your admin, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/kb/contact-administrator.html, and not adobe support.

if you administer your plan, contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
