Subscriptions wiped from my account and unable to access

I have two subscriptions - Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe AI - that have been wiped from my account.  I am unable to contact Adobe and they are now sending me a "renew subscription" email.  I don't have access at all to what I paid for.  Any help out there?

Kristin, thanks for posting about the problems managing your subscription to this public discussion forum. Please follow Creative Explorer's suggestion and use the Account Chooser to choose the account that you used to start your subscription commitment to Adobe under. I show three different accounts and your recent subscriptions is under one of the personal accounts. Once logged in with the correct account, you will be able to access the services you are paying for, Kristin. ^JW

@kristin_9810 Make sure you are using the correct Adobe ID to log into your account. I have two different Adobe IDs, and I sometimes get the wrong one as it has different settings for it, one has AI credits and one doesn't.
