Two adobe accounts for the same user and it’s a mess

I am really trying to find someone that can take my subscription from one of my email accounts and put it onto the correct email account. Due to Microsoft account the thing went and used the wrong email and for two months I couldn't work out why I was unable to use photoshop when I was paying. But I have other products on my freelance email address. Adobe photo plan was loaded onto the incorrect and inactive email address and I am really inhappy that now I have to sign in and out all the time to get different products. I don't want to pay cancelation fee of over 100 dollars and rebuy it on the proper email. Both emails are under my name. What can I do? I need one account with all the products, not 2 accounts which heavens knows what product is where, but I am paying.

Hi, so I just got a computer, my first time having one and I made a payment subscription and it asked me to create a new Adobe account even though I already have one on the same email. I signed out and signed in and I was logged into my old account without the subscriptions I paid for. Now I don’t know what to do. I wanted to merge my accounts so the subscription would be on both of the accounts. I really need it for college. For some reason it wants me to pay again.

You can always change your email address following the steps listed in the article shared by the expert above. However, if you wish to merge two accounts with their respective subscriptions, you may need to cancel the plan from account and then get it added to another email address.
