Unable to cancel subscription

Question

I am unable to cancel my adobe subsciption. The manage plans option just keeps giving "unable to load data" error everytime i try to cancel it. The virtual assistant is practically useless and i cant find any other customer support options.

and when you try a different browser, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
