Unable to see or cancel my free trial
I signed up for the 7-day free trial today. I spent the entire day trying to install Creative Cloud and get it working, completely unsuccessfully, and I returned to cancel my trial before the week elapses and I am billed.
There is no listing of my plan, or any upcoming bills, in my account profile here. I remember giving my payment details and agreeing to the subscription. I cannot speak with anyone on your chat feature, because I am not a paying member apparently.
Please can someone confirm for me that I will NOT be billed in a week for a month of Creative Cloud / After Effects trial. I do not want it, cannot use it, and have no way of cancelling it myself apparently. This is outrageous.
