For Photoshop (not Photoshop Elements):

If cancelled properly and if you are entitled to a refund, it will be issued within 14 days

You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.

1. Log into your Adobe Account. 
2. https://account.adobe.com/plan
3. Click on Manage plan, select Cancel plan, and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

NOTE: Adobe must have a valid form of payment on file. Online cancellation won’t work without it.

Did you install Photoshop Elements 2026 or Photoshop 2026?

I ask because the former does not require a credit card to do the trial.
