URGENT!!!!! I canceled my subscription but they still charged me.

I have an active lightroom subscrition and got a free trial of Adobe Illustrator which i canceled but they went on to deduct US$109.31. Attached is the email that says i did cancel my subscrition please assist on how i can intiate a funds recall. I havent been active on the solution and no need of it. 

Assistance is greatly appreciated.
