I would like a refund for the Adobe Acrobat Reader subscription, please. It was the first time using the app, and I really believed it was a one time purchase and wasn't aware would be charged again. Google Play was not able to provide the assistance I was expecting or the refund, but I hope you will.

I swear I cancelled it because I ended up not liking it after my first few edits. Literally checked my subscriptions and swear it was all deleted and gone... suddenly got a charge of $136. I literally didn't like it... the last time I actually edited something was August 17th... seems like a lot of people have been going through this... what's going on and I want my refund because I don't even like the app and wasn't even using it other than the first day then cancelled and didn't touch it since. I'm upset and annoyed.
