Why did Adobe take money out of my bank account without my permission?

I had a student account to pay $15.99 a month, and since I was so busy with classes, I didn't have time to think about the due date.  I had about $16 dollars taken out of my amount for no reason before the due date which is a week from now. The money was needed for this week, would should I do to get it back by Thursday?
