Why was I charged for my trial? Did I need to cancel the service?

I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on February 7.

I noticed the credit card charge on February 15.

As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.

Due to the Lunar New Year holiday, I was unable to contact customer support earlier.

Could you please let me know when customer support for the Asia region will be available to assist with this request?

    Hi @Ann1098

    I confirm that a refund has been initiated to your account by Adobe yesterday for cancelling Adobe Stock.

    It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to get processed. We appreciate your patience.

    Let me know if you have any questions.

    Hello, I would like to request a full refund for a payment of RM105.25 that was charged to my Touch ’n Go account by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited on 17 September 2026 at 8:56 PM.

    I did not intend to renew or continue my Adobe subscription, and I was not aware that the subscription would be automatically renewed and charged. I am requesting a full refund of RM105.25 for this transaction.

    Please review this payment and process the refund back to my original payment method as soon as possible. I would also appreciate confirmation once the refund has been approved and processed.

    I can provide the transaction screenshot and any other information required to verify the payment.

    Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to receiving my refund.

    where do I get a refund? I signed up for the free trial and it was genuinely so frustrating that I canceled it on the spot and I have not used adobe since. Two months later I see that the AI assistant was still active. I really cannot afford what has been charged out of me

    Hi intelligent_kindnesseb6c,I understand this situation can be confusing. I can see that you have an active account associated with the same Adobe ID you use for the community. The Acrobat AI Assistant subscription has already been canceled, and the Acrobat Plus plan is currently in the cancellation process.

    If you have any questions or need help with anything else, please let us know. We're happy to assist.

    Thanks

    Hi, my free trial has ended and Adobe charged me with the subscription plan today, can I still request for a refund? Even if half?

    @Bubbly_Echoe5df

    you need to cancel your subscription before you can do anything else.  if you cancel during the refund period, you will automatically be refunded.

    make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

    @RafaDurso

    no one can do that here.

    you’ll need to contact adobe support if you want to dispute your trial start date (shown on your trial start confirmation from adobe).

    Hi everyone. I would like a refund for my plan, since today was the last day of my free trial. I tried to cancel through my plan management page, but I received an automated response saying I’ve already paid and that the next billing is next month. However, I am still within the 14-day period and want a refund for this month, as I don’t want to keep the subscription. How should I proceed? Thanks!

    Hi @RafaDurso,

    Adobe offers full refund only if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days as mentioned in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    Please cancel your subscription following these steps: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

    Once the plan is cancelled (within first 14 days of purchase), an automatic refund gets issued which takes 12-14 days to process.

    Let me know if you have any additional questions.
