CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME SINCE ADOBE WON'T?  I REQUESTED THAT MY ACCOUNT BE DELETED MAY 14, 2025, WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE, AND THE CASE NUMBER IS SHOWN AS RESOLVED, WHICH OBVIOUSLY IS NOT THE CASE BECAUSE HERE I AM LOGGED IN!  I HAVEN'T USED MY ACCOUNT SINCE 2022, AND IT'S GOT ENTERPRISE SERVICES, DEVELOPER CRAP AND TEAMS SET UP IN IT NOW, WHICH IS BEING USED BY HACKERS, AND I JUST WANT IT GONE!  HOW DO I ACCOMPLISH THAT??  I'M NOT A TECHY, I'M DISABLED, I'VE BEEN A TARGET OF RELENTLESS HACKING AND STALKING SINCE 2013, AND I'M BEYOND SICK OF IT.  PLEASE ADVISE.

Your community profile shows this is a new account with only one post.

You can have multiple community accounts that have nothing to do with your Adobe services. Cancelling your Adobe account does not necessarily cancel your access to these forums.

Online account (Adobe ID & password)

Also, deleting your account doesn't remove software from your devices. You must uninstall the products yourself.  Consult your operating system's user guide for details on that.

This is a public forum, other users can't help

For account help see employee Rikk Flohr's 1st reply in this message from 2-19-25 which includes the information on how to bypass the chatbot and talk to a human

You need to ask program questions in the forum for the program you are using
To ask in the forum for your program please start at https://community.adobe.com/
Moving from Using the Community (which is about the forums) to the Account forum
