Wrong plan cancelled

I started a free trial at first then wanted to continue for a monthly plan but realised i payed for an annual plan AFTER i cancelled after 1 month already. Ive been charged the full amount for an entire year after i cancelled the plan. I was wondering if i can somehow get some money back since I didn't choose the right plan? 516 is quite a lot for me so having cancelled the plan AND not being able to use the apps doesn't seem right

I looked into your account details and found that you subscribed for an annual plan with monthly payment cycle. Free cancellation is provided only when you cancel within 14 days. 
Since you cancelled after a month you were imposed early termination fee. I understand this is not what you were expecting.

That's the problem, I can't. I've already tried this but it doesn't work because I've already cancelled it. The bot just tells me I've got no plans under my account and doesn't do anything afterwards.
