I signed up for the 7-day trial and want to cancel my plan. All I can see it a "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly" message.

 

So cheeky of adobe to do this. Payments go through instantly and they don't need time to "process"

 

It's clearly a way of them making people forget to cancel the trial and charging them for the first month.

 

Very unethical. And it's been going on for years. Threads from 5+ years ago with the same issue.

My experience was quite straight. Took the trial, cancelled the trial, no problem. For some users, however, there is a delay, for reasons unknown to me.

Hello @Bromley30084746k994, I couldn't find any Adobe Stock subscriptions linked to the account you are using on forums, but I'm seeing that you subscribed to Illustrator on May 26th. It seems that you attempted to cancel your trial immidiately, but looks like the system was still processing your order and thats why you were seeing "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly". Would you mind trying it again tomorrow?
