어도비 연간 플랜이 자동으로 갱신돼서 567,600원에 결제가 됐습니다. 

최소 지난 7개월간 평소에 어도비 서비스를 아예 사용하지 않고 자동갱신이 될 줄 몰랐어요. 결제된걸 확인한 당일에 연간 플랜 구독을 취소했습니다. 전액 환불이 가능할까요?

    I can see that the Creative Cloud All Apps subscription was cancelled, and the refund was processed on 24 May. The amount should reflect in your account within 7–10 business days.

    Since you canceled after autorenewal, you will have to contact Adobe customer support to ask for no cancellation fee.

    if you canceled everything before renewal, yes.  but check your account, https://account.adobe.com
