Avoiding my files to be public?

Hi. I am using an account from work which I am also allowed to use for my personal use. Can my files be prevented from appearing in the creative cloud system? I noticed sometimes I need to scan a confidential document, and you can still see it on a different computer logged on the same account. 

I want to work on my laptop logged into the account, but all files stay within my control and privacy. 

Is that possible?
