Creative cloud still unresolved. Used the uninstaller and had re-installed but issues as per last thread reply.

i've not been able to currently downlaod beta from creative cloud.

- cannot locate service config.xml - commonfiles\adobe\OOBE 

- negative search - serviceconfig.xml

- reccomend file to alter not found

- unable to uninstall/repair creative cloud

If you can send me a link to download a desktop beta app instead of downloading from creative cloud. id like to try this beta version again

I've had the same problem with a beta version. i assumed a stable version would have had this issue resolved.

I was able to download beta from creative cloud. But cannot do so after i've unstalled beta and installed stable version.

A couple things to try:

Update to the latest Ps beta: Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.6.0 20240229.m.2527 5f255f1 arm64

Do you have the same issue with Ps release version or just in Ps beta?

Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura)

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut
With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.

@NPX7000 we see you posted this in another thread that was solved due to the customers internet update, are you saying you still see this issue? Do you have the same issue with Ps release version or just beta?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
