Indesign script to delete all items on pasteboard.

Hi I would like to have a script i can run to clean up (delete) all items on the pasteboard.

I dont want to do it if the item is on the page and off over the bleed. I just want it to do items that are completely within the pasteboard.

If anyone can share with me how to do this would be great as currently manually deleting items left.
