Adobe Digital Editions

I am having trouble with Adobe Digital Editions. I am not receiving the OTP when trying to register with ByteBooks. I am an avid reader and I own an old Kobo. I can’t put the library books that I’ve borrowed on my Kobo without ADE. I have been having issues with this for nearly two weeks. The support from Wipro is absolutely woeful. I have had one reply in that time suggesting that I send screenshots which I’ve done but no reply since. I am getting very frustrated with this situation. I can’t possibly be the only person experiencing this. I just want to speak to someone. By the way, I have tried on my phone without Wi-Fi too. I have checked Junk and Spam but not one OTP has been received and yes I’m receiving them from other companies.
