Adobe Portfolio 403 Error Driving Me Crazy

I recently created an Adobe Portfolio site, and it’s been a rollercoaster of frustration. Some friends are getting hit with a 403 Error or Access Forbidden messages when trying to visit it. And to make it worse, it seems to depend on the browser—Google Chrome is particularly stubborn and refuses to open it at all.

Has anyone dealt with this kind of issue before? Any advice on how to fix it? I swear, I’m losing my mind over this.
