Adobe Portfolio websites doesn't load with the "www" prefix

My portfolio website editsbyanna.com  doesn't load up if I add the "www" prefix to it. When i used www.editsbyanna.com  it doesn't work and after a lot of time I get the Err_connection_timed_out error. I have checked my domain provider and all the records are pointing correctly. Now the issue is not happening with me alone, one of my friend who has an Adobe portfolio website is facing the same issue too....Can someone help me out on what's happening with the portfolio site?

Hi, I already did everything detailed in that thread, and my A records at my domain provider Namecheap are also pointing correctly. And it's not mine alone, a couple of other people i know are also facing the same when trying to use the www prefix..  I want to know whether this is a problem with the servers  coz without the "www" prefix everything is working fine. I have already raised a ticket for this, but there has been no resolution yet..
